Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) helps keep the Service safe, reliable, and lawful for everyone. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. Using the Service in breach of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity;
• submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that you do not have the right to submit;
• enter another person’s personal data into prompts without a lawful basis to do so;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and networks;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example by overloading, scraping at scale, or circumventing rate limits, usage quotas, or security controls;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the Service except where permitted by law; or
• use the Service to build a competing product or to misuse the third-party AI provider integrations in violation of their terms.

3. Fair use of resources

Plans include limits on brands, prompts, and scan frequency. You agree to stay within the limits of your plan and not to take steps to exceed or evade them. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the stability of the Service for all users.

4. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of any use of the Service that breaches this AUP, please report it to support@traccoai.com.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, in line with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
